BUTTERSCOTCH FRUIT SALAD

-small container Cool Whip
-small box Butterscotch Instant Pudding mix
-20 oz. can crushed pineapple(with Juice)
-4 Cups Chopped apples
-crushed cashews (optional)

First combine pineapple (with juice) and instant pudding powder, mix well. Fold in Cool Whip. Add apples. Stir. Sprinkle with chopped nuts/cashews if desired.
