GLAZED POPPY SEED BREAD

3 cups flour
3 eggs
2 ½ cups sugar
1 ½ cups vegetable oil
11 ½ teaspoons salt
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons Wilton butter flavoring
1 ½ teaspoons poppy seeds
½ teaspoons almond extract
1 ½ cups milk

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer for 2 minutes only. Pour into greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves

While still warm glaze with

¼ cup orange juice
¾ cup sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon almond extract
¼ teaspoon Wilton Butter flavoring

Mix all ingredients together and spoon over warm loaves (Wilton Butter Flavoring is in the cake decorating section of any craft store.)
